Shipping & Processing Time
Order Processing Time: We typically process and prepare your order for shipment within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–30 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We work with trusted logistics carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other regional couriers, to ensure your package arrives safely. Depending on inventory availability, orders may be shipped from our warehouses in Japan, the USA, Hong Kong, or China.
Shipping Costs & Tracking
Shipping Fees: Your final payment at checkout includes a calculated shipping fee based on your destination and chosen method.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
